We offer an online pensions benefits information service to members, Trustees and client representatives.

The facilities are available to members 24/7 and are hosted externally. The system that we use (mybenefits™) is built and maintained by our sister company Benefit Solutions - their business is exclusively geared to building market leading online benefit software. The site is as secure as any online bank and uses Verisign encryption technology. The functionality includes daily fund valuations and a powerful interactive Statutory Money Purchase Illustrations (SMPI)/variable projection calculation tool.

The features are displayed in a number of different ways. Contributions are expressed in monthly amounts, percentage of salary and as a total. The value of each individual fund is updated and displayed with the latest published price via feeds from Standards and Poors.
The total fund value is also shown at any given time. Users can also drill down further to see how each fund achieved in line with its sector over the past three to five year period.

Annuity rates are automatically calculated based on the SMPI modelling tool and the relevant rate is used based on retirement age, retirement year and sex.

In separate areas of the site, users also get the option to see how making amendments to their contributions, retirement age or assumptions will affect their pension benefits. This is displayed by graphs and these graphs can be saved and compared against each other.

Changes to member details can be notified to us electronically. The data we receive electronically is automatically transferred to our back office systems where it starts a relevant workflow process.
