their initial settling in period with a comprehensive induction
programme in place.
HS
is fully committed to providing support for staff wishing to study
towards relevant professional qualifications. We currently have
numerous staff progressing towards qualifications including PMI,
QPA, RPC, AAT and CIMA. The Company provides financial backing and
time off to prepare for exams. We appreciate the level of commitment
and hard work required to obtain a professional qualification and,
therefore, offer full support to any member of staff wishing to
enhance their knowledge and expertise.
A dedicated
Pensions Technical Trainer, in-house, allows for internal training
courses to be provided to staff on all manner of subjects ranging
from Quality, Corporate Image and Telephone Techniques to more specialised
pensions training.
To
complement the formal training sessions we have set up our own Learning
Centre, where staff have access to a wide range of courses delivered
on a Personal Computer.
Staff
also have access to a Learning Centre Library which boasts a wide
variety of videos and books. A television is also provided within
the Learning Centre for staff to utilise.
Our
commitment to staff and their development has led to our Investor
in People accreditation.
