Customer Services Division plays a major role within the organisation
and is the key to our corporate structure and the company's 'Corporate

part of AEGON UK, with its extensive resources throughout the UK,
means that we have additional facilities and flexibility to deal
with any peak workloads and additional management resourcing. We
can therefore build upon and complement facilities available to
the group as a whole and, if need be, access quality staff to deal
with any unexpected events.
