Our structure

AEGON’s life and pensions businesses are grouped to cover two distinct markets: individuals and corporates. Our asset management arm manages our own in-house life and pension funds as well as institutional and retail funds. Independent financial advice firms Origen and Positive Solutions make up our Advice division.

Within this structure, we trade under several different brand names, reflecting our history of growth and diversification. HS Administrative Services forms part of our corporate business, specialising in third party pensions administration.
